BonTerra continues to encounter quality intercepts, successfully hitting on every drill hole to date, encountering high-grade 600m vertical gold shoots with veins assaying up to 129 g/t gold and building size able tonnage along increasing strike. With nearly 24,000m drilled to date on the property, 107 diamond drill holes, the mineralized strike length of the Eastern Extension gold deposit sits at 1/2 km and there is clear potential to double the strike to 1km with the upcoming Q4 2011 drill program. The winter drill program will target gold mineralization to the southwest under the shallow (8 feet deep) lake via ice drilling where the geophysics strongly suggest and recent drilling indicate the gold trend to be headed. The magnetic high anomaly (which guided the successful summer drill program) grows stronger and is largest under the lake. Former prospectors on the property had always said “the mine is under the lake” but never tested it. BonTerra has drilled from surface at the foot of the lake encountering quality and is now ripe for continued high grade discovery. Final assay results from the last round of drilling are expected soon.

BonTerra will also turn its attention to creating a first resource calculation on the Eastern Extension deposit, expected by year end; Mining MarketWatch Journal projects a possible 1/2 million+ ounces inferred. An excellent start that should add to the intrinsic value of the company and reflect in more resilient share price. An ounce in the ground in stable mining-friendly Quebec is worth more than an ounce in the ground in less desirable regions of the planet — applying a rule of thumb of $60 – $100 an ounce for inferred gold in the ground would revalue the market cap of BonTerra higher. This would only be a start as with further drilling geologists believe the project is a readily achievable 2+ million ounce gold target. BonTerra is looking to trace high-grade gold shoots to 600 vertical meters and increase the size of the property up dip, down dip and in new parallel mineralized corridors. BonTerra’s neighbors Metanor Resources (Barry deposit) and Eagle-Hill (Windfall deposit) are all part of the same geological system and have deposits which have been described by SGS Geostat as comparable in potential to rival multi-million ounce deposits of Osisko (10.7M oz Malartic deposit) & Detour Lake (11.4M oz Detour deposit), the same appears to apply to BonTerra now as well.

With only 72M shares outstanding and trading under C$0.30 BonTerra is poised for significant upside revaluation to better reflect the inherent value and immense gold potential. He is leaving the Group to return to Australia after ten years working in the UK.

(TSXV:PAU.V)(Other OTC:PAUFF.PK) announced Sept 23, 2011 that further analysis is required from Hole KUD007 drilled at the Kuliuta gold-copper prospect, before final assay results can be determined. Issues relating to determining a reliable and accurate method for assaying native copper in drill core samples have arisen, resulting in the need for continued analysis. Discussions are presently underway with PPM’s assay laboratory Genalysis Laboratory Services, Townsville, Australia, in order to find an alternative method of analysis to ensure reliable and accurate copper determinations.

Analysis of native copper in Hole KUD007

Elemental copper is malleable and may smear on and adhere to rock crushing and grinding/pulverising surfaces during laboratory preparation of samples, resulting in either under-estimation or over-estimation of copper grades, or cross sample contamination, or both. Analysis for native copper in drill samples forwarded to the lab has proved to be difficult, as initial results received from the analysis of core from the native copper zone in Hole KUD007 did not correlate with visual estimates. This finding has demonstrated the need for further analysis to ensure assays are accurate with a high degree of confidence, before dissemination of the final results.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 23, 2011) Clearlease Financial Reports Canoel International Energy Ltd. (TSXV:CIL) said Sept 23, 2011 it will pay about US$1.5 million in cash and warrants to acquire a private corporation with a 55 per cent interest in certain oil-producing properties in Argentina.

The Calgary-based company said Friday that the agreement also allows the shareholders in the private corporation to acquire another 750,000 shares of Canoel at 15 cents each.

(TSXV:CLI) Sept 23, 2011 announced that it has received a commitment from a significant shareholder for the exercise of warrants through the remainder of 2011 which will provide the Company with additional liquidity as it continues its commercialization activities.

SC Stormont Holdings Inc. has committed to exercise a minimum of $700,000 of warrants representing 4,667,000 common shares throughout the remainder of 2011. In addition to this commitment, Stormont had recently exercised $100,000 warrants representing 666,667 common shares. After the exercise program is completed Stormont would hold approximately 19% of the issued and outstanding commons shares of Clearford and would hold common share purchase options for an additional four percent.

Equipment Leasing News: Sobeys signs deal to supply Canadian Target (NYSE:TGT) stores with food and groceries

VANCOUVER, BC (September 23, 2011) Clearlease Financial Reports U.S. retailer Target (NYSE:TGT) laid down more groundwork Friday for its entry into Canada in 2013 with additional store locations and a supply deal with Sobeys (TSX:EMP.A).

Under the Sobeys deal, the Canadian grocer will supply Target with frozen, dairy, and dry grocery products, including both national brands and Target’s private label products starting early in 2013.

As part of the agreement, the two companies will use each other’s distribution networks to help reduce transportation expenses.

Target also announced Sept 23, 2011 84 additional Zellers locations that it is entitled to under a $1.825 billion deal with the Hudson’s Bay Co. that gave it up to 220 sites.

The retailer said that it has acquired leasehold interests for 29 of those locations of which the vast majority will become Target stores, while the remaining leases have been sold to other retailers or back to the landlords.

The 84 locations are in addition to 105 locations identified in May.

Target plans to open 125 to 135 stores in Canada, the majority of which will open in 2013, beginning in March.

The 84 locations announced Friday include the 39 locations for which Target has transferred the rights to Walmart.

Target has also acquired the lease for one of Walmart’s vacant properties, which will open as a Target store.

Sobeys, a wholly owned subsidiary of Empire Company Ltd (TSX:EMP.A), owns or franchises more than 1,300 stores across Canada under retail banners including Sobeys, IGA, Foodland, FreshCo, Price Chopper and Thrifty Foods, as well as Lawtons Drug Stores.

Minneapolis-based Target is expected to open its first stores in Canada in 2013.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 23, 2011) Clearlease Financial Reports Stantec (TSX:STN) has signed an agreement to purchase Kentucky-based transportation consulting firm Entran for an undisclosed amount.

The Edmonton-based engineering company said Friday Sept 23, 2011 that it signed a letter of intent for Entran, which has a staff of 115 people.

Entran specializes in aviation, bridge and roadway design, as well as traffic engineering and transportation planning.

The company’s clients include a slate of federal, state and municipal agencies, including departments of transportation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

“The addition of Entran will augment Stantec’s transportation practice in the U.S. Southeast and Midwest and expands our aviation services into new markets,” said Stantec’s East Coast senior vice president Scott Murray in a release.

Entran is based in Lexington, Ky., but also has offices in Chicago, Ill., Cincinnati, Ohio, Charleston, W. Va., and Nashville, Tenn.

Stantec has been on a shopping spree this year, scooping up FSC Architects & Engineers, based in Yellowknife, for an undisclosed amount earlier this month.

In July, the company acquired Minnesota-based engineering and environmental science firm Bonestroo Inc.

(TSXV:NHG.V), an integrated Canadian hotelier, today reported September 22, 2011 its financial results for the first quarter, ended June 30, 2011. Consolidated revenues fell 2.3% to $7.25 million from $7.42 million in the prior year. Net income for the period rose 56.3% to $340 thousand from $217 thousand. Earnings per share were $0.013 up from $0.008 in the same period in the prior year.

The drop in revenues demonstrates the positive impact last year of the G8 and G20 meetings as well as several large conferences held in the Toronto area. Nationally, industry analysts Pannell Kerr Forster Consulting (PKF) have revised their forecast for average daily rates (ADRs) downwards to no change from 2010, a reflection of the industry performance to date this year. Occupancy rates across the country rose by 0.9% in the first half of 2011, while average daily rates dropped by 2.4%, and revenue per available room (RevPAR) declined by 2.0%. The GTA saw a RevPAR decline of 0.9%, while Ottawa’s RevPAR increased 5.2% and Quebec saw improvement also. Generally, Northampton’s management expects revenues for the remainder of the year to perform comparably to the same quarters in fiscal 2010.
