No, you will not be paid additional commissions for auto
sales. We are not a broker and thus do not get paid on a

De-dupping, or "de-duplicating," is a process that autobytel.ca uses to screen
out multiple purchase requests submitted by the same consumer.
The de-dupping process takes place over a period of 90-days,
whereby the system takes each purchase request submitted
and is programmed to account for that request only once
within the last 90 days, keeping the number of requests
per individual irrelevant. This process was implemented
simply due to the fact that a consumer may submit a number
of purchase requests for different vehicles when ready to
buy, but will most likely only purchase one of the vehicles

with separate tracking ids. You must indicate the number
of web sites that exist under your business name. This
will enable us to establish the proper accounting procedures,

How long does it take for a request
or sale to post to the Affiliate Partner Reporting page?
The purchase request will post within 15 minutes from
the time of submission. Clearlease runs on a "Real Time"
system which means that upon submission of the request
by the consumer it comes directly through our servers
allowing our dealers to receive the request as well as
our Affiliate Partners ability to view the reporting site

My password is not working. What do
I do?
First double-check your User ID and Password entry. Make
sure there are no spaces in your password and that your
User ID is entered in the exact same form that it was
provided for you. Check to make sure that the letter O
has not been mistaken for the number 0, and vice versa.
If you are still unable to access the Reporting site with
your User ID and Password, please e-mail us at support@clearlease.com. , and we will

How do I check to see if my links are
working?
To check your links, simply visit your web site and click
on the link that directs an individual to autobytel.ca.
If you do not see the autobytel.ca site appear with your
designated id code, your links are not functioning correctly.
If you receive pre-owned vehicle data feeds through the Affilliate
Program, then scan your inventory to see if there are
clearleasecom pre-owned vehicles in your database. If
your links are not working properly, you will need to
check the URLs with the designated id codes that are linking
from your site. If you need the URLs to be given to you,

How can I increase it?
Try to change the position of the link. Perhaps it is
placed in an area on your site where it may be hidden
or less exposed. You may also want to run autobytel.ca
banners on your site if you do not already do so. Banners
will increase the click-through rate linking from your
site, which will in turn hopefully increase your volume.
