VANCOUVER, BC (September 8, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Golden Fame Resources Corp. (TSXV:GFA; 6GF:Frankfurt) is pleased to report September 8, 2011 that diamond drilling on the Algun Dia copper-silver-gold prospect, located near the city of Guanajuato, Mexico, was initiated on September 4, 2011. The drilling program anticipates, as a first phase, approximately 20 holes totaling approximately 7,000 meters, to test the on-strike, and down-dip extension of surface outcropping, and historically-mined, copper-gold-silver mineralization. All drill roads have been completed, as well as all drill platforms, and a water source for the drill has been secured. The surface rights to a majority of the mineralized area, including all surface lands covering the area to be drilled, have been secured either by outright purchase or by long-term leasing.
The initial program will test the surface outcropping, and historically test-mined and milled, mineralization for approximately 800 meters along strike to depths exceeding 150 meters below the surface. The limited historical underground excavations have shown the mineralized main vein (the San Cayetano vein) to achieve true widths of over 10 meters.
Historical reports, supported by visual inspections by Golden Fame geologists, indicate visible mineralization within the drifts. During the period of 2002 through 2007, approximately 15,000 tonnes were extracted from a horizontal drift near the surface and processed at a mill owned by the Penoles Mining Company, producing approximately 750 tons of gold, silver, and copper-bearing concentrate. Two main stopes were mined along approximately 300 meters of drift along the vein trend. Surface mapping indicates that the vein system extends along strike for at least one kilometer.
In addition to the San Cayetano vein, numerous, additional vein structures have been located during surface mapping, paralleling the main structure. An extensive bulldozer-assisted trenching program, which is ongoing, has uncovered additional mineralization and is providing access and exposure for detailed surface mapping and geochemical sampling.
A prior, limited drill program, carried out approximately one decade ago, intersected the Santa Cecelia vein approximately 140 meters down-dip of the surface outcropping and the mineralized adit. According to the historical records (not verified by the Company since original assay certificates are no longer available), two holes intersected a system of veins, including the Santa Cecilia, the first of which intersected 14 meters assaying 2.34 g/t gold, 120.3 g/t silver, and 1.88% copper, while the second hole intersected 16 meters assaying 1.71 g/t gold, 104 g/t silver, and 1.51% copper. Underground test mining referred to above returned similar grades from samples taken from approximately 15,000 tons of bulk mining-related mineralization.
ALS Chemex Laboratories located in Guadalajara will be used for surface and drill core sampling. Core logging facilities have been constructed on site. Applications are pending for the resumption of underground work, which will consist of extending the horizontal adit along the length of the Santa Cecelia vein, and constructing a spiral ramp down the dip of the mineralization. The Company has established an office facility near Guanajuato.
The Company has budgeted approximately $2 million in exploration expenses between now and the end of 2011.

Mortgage Lending News: Barrick Announces a 3.5 Million Oz Gold Discovery Next to Carlin’s (TSX:CGD) Cortez Summit Project; Drilling Planned
VANCOUVER, BC (September 8, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Carlin Gold Corporation (TSX: CGD), is pleased to provide an update and review of its 100% owned Cortez Summit property, which consists of 142 claims located on the Cortez trend in Nevada. Yesterday Barrick announced two new gold discoveries, Red Hill and Goldrush, on property adjacent to the Cortez Summit claims. The closer Red Hill discovery is reported to contain 3.5 million ounces of gold at a grade of 0.123 oz/ton. One of the better holes at Red Hill contains 194 feet grading 0.90 ounces per ton gold, and is located 2,000 meters south-southwest of the Cortez Summit claims. Barrick states that the geology is similar to its other deposits in the district. Barrick’s operating Cortez Hills mine is located 6.5 kilometers west of the Cortez Summit claims.
The Company’s primary focus at Cortez Summit is for Carlin-style mineralization in a geological setting similar to that at the Cortez Hills mine and the Red Hill discovery. Several untested drill targets have been defined at Cortez Summit and a drill permit application is in progress. An untested conceptual structural and stratigraphic target exists in the upper limestone and Horse Canyon members of the Wenban Formation at depth in proximity to north-south trending structural zone on the west side of the property that may represent the northward projection of important structural features at the Red Hill discovery. Much of this target is blind, being covered by post-mineral gravel and basaltic andesite. Sampling along this structural zone has yielded gold values of 447 and 263 ppb on the west edge of the property in altered Horse Canyon rocks. The most favorable area to test the target concept is in the southwest portion of the property in the vicinity of the west side north-south structural zone and/or Red Hills fault zone structures.
The Cortez gold trend exceeds 29 million ounces total gold produced, reserves and resources. Production at Barrick’s Cortez district’s 2010 operations is reported to be 1.14 million ounces of gold, which included the start of production at Cortez Hills. The two new discoveries illustrate that this significant gold district continues to contain excellent potential for growth.

Mortgage Lending News: Barrick Announces a 3.5 Million Oz Gold Discovery Next to Carlin’s (TSX:CGD) Cortez Summit Project; Drilling Planned
VANCOUVER, BC (September 8, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Carlin Gold Corporation (TSX: CGD), is pleased to provide an update and review of its 100% owned Cortez Summit property, which consists of 142 claims located on the Cortez trend in Nevada. Yesterday Barrick announced two new gold discoveries, Red Hill and Goldrush, on property adjacent to the Cortez Summit claims. The closer Red Hill discovery is reported to contain 3.5 million ounces of gold at a grade of 0.123 oz/ton. One of the better holes at Red Hill contains 194 feet grading 0.90 ounces per ton gold, and is located 2,000 meters south-southwest of the Cortez Summit claims. Barrick states that the geology is similar to its other deposits in the district. Barrick’s operating Cortez Hills mine is located 6.5 kilometers west of the Cortez Summit claims.
The Company’s primary focus at Cortez Summit is for Carlin-style mineralization in a geological setting similar to that at the Cortez Hills mine and the Red Hill discovery. Several untested drill targets have been defined at Cortez Summit and a drill permit application is in progress. An untested conceptual structural and stratigraphic target exists in the upper limestone and Horse Canyon members of the Wenban Formation at depth in proximity to north-south trending structural zone on the west side of the property that may represent the northward projection of important structural features at the Red Hill discovery. Much of this target is blind, being covered by post-mineral gravel and basaltic andesite. Sampling along this structural zone has yielded gold values of 447 and 263 ppb on the west edge of the property in altered Horse Canyon rocks. The most favorable area to test the target concept is in the southwest portion of the property in the vicinity of the west side north-south structural zone and/or Red Hills fault zone structures.
The Cortez gold trend exceeds 29 million ounces total gold produced, reserves and resources. Production at Barrick’s Cortez district’s 2010 operations is reported to be 1.14 million ounces of gold, which included the start of production at Cortez Hills. The two new discoveries illustrate that this significant gold district continues to contain excellent potential for growth.

At 9:39 am (1339 GMT) the Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index was up 3.57 points at 12,724.13, after opening lower. It then slid back into negative territory.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 7, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Stocks moved sharply higher at the start of trading on Wednesday, regaining some ground after closing lower in the three previous sessions. The major averages climbed firmly into positive territory, partly offsetting the recent losses.
The major averages have seen some further upside in the past few minutes, reaching new highs for the young session. The Dow is up 155.30 points or 1.4 percent at 11,294.60, the Nasdaq is up 44.34 points or 1.8 percent at 2,518.17 and the S&P 500 is up 18.62 points or 1.6 percent at 1,183.86.
The early strength on Wall Street is partly due to developments overseas that have contributed to rallies by the global stock markets. Stocks in the Asia-Pacific region saw considerable strength amid reports suggesting that China and India are considering easing monetary policy in the near future.
Peter Boockvar, equity strategist at Miller Tabak, said, “The possibility that both China and India may take their foot off the tightening pedal helped lift their stock markets and the rest of Asia followed.”
Buying interest has also been generated by news that Germany’s high court ruled that the country’s contributions to the bailouts of Greece and other European countries are constitutional. However, the court said that the German parliament should be consulted regarding further aid.
Semiconductor stocks are seeing considerable strength in early trading, driving the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index up by 3.6 percent. Graphics chip maker Nvidia (NVDA) is leading the sector higher after providing upbeat revenue guidance.
Notable strength has also emerged among steel, networking, and telecom stocks, which turned in some of the market’s worst performances in the previous session. Most of the other major sectors have also moved to the upside, although gold stocks are bucking the uptrend.
Among individual stocks, shares of Yahoo! (YHOO) are up by 6.9 percent after the internet media giant announced that Carol Bartz has been removed from her role as Chief Executive Officer. Yahoo said Timothy Morse has been named interim CEO.
Financial services giant Bank of America (BAC) is also trading higher after announcing a reorganization of its management, appointing David Darnell and Tom Montag to the newly-created positions of co-chief operating officers.
Bank of America noted that Joe Price, president of Global Consumer and Small Business Banking, and Sallie Krawcheck, president of Global Wealth and Investment Management, will be leaving the company.
Later in the day, trading could be impacted by the release of the Federal Reserve’s Beige Book. The report, a compilation of anecdotal evidence on economic conditions from each of the 12 Fed districts, is due to be released at 2 pm ET.
As mentioned above, stock markets across the Asia-Pacific region showed a notable move to the upside on Wednesday. Japan’s Nikkei 225 Index surged up by 2 percent, while Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index jumped by 1.7 percent.
The major European markets are also seeing significant strength on the day. The U.K.’s FTSE 100 Index is advancing by 2.1 percent, while the French CAC 40 Index and the German DAX Index have shot up by 2.8 percent and 3.3 percent, respectively.
In the bond market, treasuries have come under pressure amid the rally on Wall Street. Subsequently, the yield on the benchmark ten-year note, which moves opposite of its prices, is up by 4.7 basis points at 2.026 percent after ending the previous session at a record closing low.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 7, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Harry Winston Diamond Corp. (TSX:HW) announced Tuesday September 6 that it is partnering with two other companies that hold an adjacent kimberlite prospect in the Northwest Territories.
Under the option deal with North Arrow Minerals Inc. and Springbok Holdings, Harry Winston will spend $5 million on exploration of their properties in the Lac de Gras region.
Harry Winston’s Lac de Gras property covers 226,000 acres and is contiguous with property held by North Arrow that covers more than 81,000 acres.
In order for the option to vest, Harry Winston is to carry out exploration on the combined joint venture property over a five year period, the company said in a release.
Upon vesting, a joint venture will be formed in which Harry Winston will hold a 55 per cent interest while North Arrow and Springbok will equally share a 45 per cent interest in the entire property.
Harry Winston described the joint holdings as a very large, contiguous block that is “home to some of the richest diamond deposits in the world.”
The property directly adjoins the mineral leases that host the 40 per cent Harry Winston-owned Diavik Diamond mine, 10 kilometres to the north, and the Ekati diamond mine, 40 kilometres to the northwest.
The trend line defined by Diavik’s mine runs directly through the centre of the joint venture property, while the trend line defined by Ekati’s mine project runs across the western portion of the joint venture property, the company said.
Harry Winston is an enterprise with assets in both the mining and retail segments of the industry, supplying rough diamonds as well as diamond jewelry and luxury timepieces at salons in the key cities around the world.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 7, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Genesis Land Development Corp. (TSX:GDC), says September 7, 2011 shopping mall owner RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust is going ahead with a $31.7 million purchase of commercial land owned by Genesis in Calgary.
The Alberta-based land developer said Wednesday that RioCan (TSX:REI.UN) had satisfied or waived its conditions and paid a deposit under a smaller conditional purchase and sale agreement the two companies struck in January.
The deal involves the sale of about 33.5 acres of zoned commercial land within the Alberta company’s Sage Hill Crossing housing subdivision project in a fast-growing area of northwest Calgary.
Originally, the companies announced the sale would involve 27.5 acres for $25.6 million.
The land deal is subject to Genesis obtaining a tentative subdivision plan approval by Nov. 1, the company said.
Genesis shares were halted on the TSX pending the news.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 7, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Quebec-based steel fabricator ADF Group Inc. (TSX:DRX) said September 7, 2011 its net income decreased seven per cent to $774,000 in the second quarter as revenues remained stable.
ADF earned two cents per share for the period ended July 31, the same amount as in the prior year when its profit was $833,000, the company announced Wednesday.
Revenue increased slightly to $13.1 million from just under $13 million, despite an appreciation of the Canadian dollar against the U.S. dollar.
ADF Group’s order backlog stood at $53 million.
Chairman and CEO Jean Paschini said economic conditions in the U.S. are still a concern, but the company’s current projects, including restoration of New York’s World Trade Center, will generate profits over the next quarters.
He said the company will focus in the near term on development efforts in Canada, where the economic outlook is more favourable. Of particular interest are public and industrial segments in Eastern Canada, including in Quebec.
ADF Group added its fabrication plant joint venture in Manitoba is proceeding as planned and should be operational in 2012.
The company designs and engineers connections, fabrication and installation of complex steel structures for the non-residential construction industry.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 7, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Grain handler Viterra Inc. (TSX:VT) said September 7, 2011 Q3 net earnings nearly doubled to $123.3 million as it booked higher revenues on strength in its agri-products operations.
The Calgary-based company said the profit was equal to 33 cents per share, an increase from $63.5 million, or 17 cents per share, a year ago.
Analysts had been expecting 30 cents per share, according to estimates compiled by Thomson Reuters.
Sales rose 43 per cent to $3.55 billion from $2.49 billion — also beating analyst estimates of $2.96 billion in revenue.
The overall improvements were attributed to Viterra’s agri-products division as well as its grain handling and processing operations.
In its outlook, the company said it was optimistic that volumes will remain “relatively strong” into fiscal 2012.
“Looking forward, there is a lot of opportunity for Viterra with a promising harvest in both Western Canada and South Australia, and strong market fundamentals supporting our agri-business,” said president and CEO Mayo Schmidt in a release.
“To capitalize on these opportunities and drive value through our integrated worldwide pipeline, Viterra implemented a new global operating model around our three business lines of grain, agri-products and processing.
“This new model will strengthen and support our strategic vision now and into the future as Viterra continues to provide key agricultural ingredients to a growing world.”
Viterra has a grain handling, agri-products and processing businesses with operations in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and several other countries.

VANCOUVER, BC (September 7, 2011) Dominion Lending Centres Clearlease Reports Collision repair centre operator Boyd Group Income Fund (TSX:BYD.UN) September 7, 2011 has entered into a bought-deal financing agreement under which it will raise gross proceeds of up to $21.1 million.
Under the agreement with a syndicate of underwriters lead by Cormark Securities Inc. and CIBC World markets, Boyd will issue more than 1.96 million units at $10.75 per unit.
The underwriters, who also include National Bank Financial and Octagon Capital Corp., have an option for an addition 195,000 units.
The offering is comprised of 1.3 million trust units from treasury, 463,231 units from entities under the control or direction of Terry Smith, executive chairman of Boyd Group Income Fund, and 200,000 units being sold by Edward Cheskis.
Net proceeds of the offering will be used to reduce debt levels and position the fund for future growth and development.
The fund holds a majority interest in Boyd Group Inc., the largest operator of collision repair centres in North America with locations in the four western Canadian provinces under the trade name Boyd Autobody & Glass, as well as in 13 U.S. states under the trade names Gerber Collision & Glass, True2Form and Cars Collision.
It also operates Gerber National Glass Services, an auto glass repair and replacement referral business with approximately 3,000 affiliated service providers throughout the United States.
Boyd Group units were down 18 cents at $11.32 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Tuesday afternoon before trading was halted for an announcement.
